Installation Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Surface

Ensure the flooring surface is clean, dry and suitable for installation.

Step 2 – Mark the Position

Draw the required installation line on the floor, taking the desired curve and minimum bending radius into consideration.

Step 3 – Secure the Flexible Base

Position the supplied flexible fixing base along the marked line and secure it using suitable screws and wall plugs where required.

Step 4 – Warm the Flooring Profile

For easier bending and installation, place the flexible trim in warm water at approximately 40–60°C for 15 minutes. This softens the thermoplastic material and increases its flexibility.

Step 5 – Fit the Profile

Carefully bend the softened trim to the required shape and fit it into the secured base. Ensure the profile is correctly seated along its full length.

Step 6 – Allow to Cool

Allow the trim to cool naturally so it retains its installed shape.
